This Cookie Policy describes how ONETOUCH SA de CV uses cookies and similar technologies on https://onetouch.hn (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains the legal bases, recipients and international transfers applicable to our processing generally.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website, commonly used to operate a site, remember preferences, measure usage, or serve targeted advertising. “Similar technologies” include browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), pixels, beacons and device fingerprinting. This Site does not currently set any HTTP cookies; it uses two browser-storage technologies, described below.
2. What we use on this Site
This Site is designed to minimise tracking. As of the “Last updated” date below, we use the following technologies:
- Landing-page attribution — Strictly necessary.
Provider: ONETOUCH SA de CV (first-party).
Storage:sessionStorage, keyot:landing.
Purpose: records the URL you first arrived on so we can attribute a later contact-form or newsletter submission to its entry point. Contains no personal data.
Duration: session only — cleared automatically when you close the tab. - Newsletter-invitation frequency capping — Strictly necessary.
Provider: ONETOUCH SA de CV (first-party).
Storage:localStorage, keysot:nl-modal:…(one per article or case study where the invitation was shown) andot:nl-subscribed(set once you subscribe, hides the invitation everywhere).
Purpose: avoids showing the same newsletter invitation repeatedly. Contains no personal data.
Duration: persists until you clear your browser storage. - Vercel Web Analytics — Analytics, cookieless.
Provider: Vercel Inc. (privacy notice).
Storage: none — Vercel's analytics product does not set cookies or use device fingerprinting. It generates a daily, salted, irreversible hash from the request's IP address and user agent that cannot be linked back to an individual visitor.
Purpose: measures aggregate page views and site performance.
Duration: not applicable — no identifier is stored on your device.
3. What we don't use
We do not use: advertising or remarketing cookies; cross-site tracking; social-media tracking pixels; A/B-testing cookies; or third-party persistent cookies. If this changes — for example, if we introduce an advertising or campaign-measurement technology described in our Privacy Policy — we will update this Policy first and deploy the consent controls described in Section 4 before any non-essential technology is activated.
4. Legal basis and consent
The storage described in Section 2 is either strictly necessary for the Site to function (landing attribution, newsletter frequency capping) or does not constitute a cookie under the ePrivacy Directive because it stores no identifier on your device (Vercel Web Analytics). Because of this, EU/UK ePrivacy rules and Spain's LSSI-CE Art. 22.2 do not currently require an opt-in consent banner for this Site.
We have not deployed a cookie-consent banner because we have nothing non-essential to ask consent for. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies — advertising, profiling, or persistent third-party trackers — we will deploy a granular consent-management interface with prior opt-in before those technologies are activated, in line with the AEPD's Guía sobre el uso de las cookies, and this Policy will be updated to describe it. Where our Privacy Policy refers generally to “the website's consent-management interface”, that description will apply from the point such an interface is deployed.
5. Cross-border transfers
Vercel Web Analytics is operated by Vercel Inc., based in the United States. Because the technology does not store an identifier on your device and cannot be linked back to you, it is not treated as a transfer of identifiable personal data for the purposes of this Policy. See our Privacy Policy for the safeguards that apply to personal data we do transfer internationally, such as contact-form submissions.
6. How to manage cookies and browser storage
You can clear browser storage at any time:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Firefox — Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove.
- Edge — Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Choose what to clear.
Clearing sessionStorage or localStorage for this Site only resets landing-page attribution and the newsletter-invitation frequency cap — it has no effect on Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device to clear.
7. Changes
If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Material changes — in particular, the introduction of any non-essential technology — will be communicated through the Site.
